Services
Edwards N Company provides the following services, subject to availability and mutual agreement:
- Lawn care (mowing, edging, line-trimming, cleanup)
- Tree and hedge trimming and shaping
- Handyman repairs and installations
- Pressure washing
- Hauling and debris removal
All service quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the property. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. In the event of weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Recurring service plans may be billed on a monthly basis.
Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee and suspension of service.
Property Access and Conditions
By scheduling service, you grant Edwards N Company permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible and that pets, vehicles, or other obstacles are cleared from the work area prior to our arrival.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, or items left in the work area that were not disclosed at the time of scheduling.
Satisfaction and Disputes
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge, at our discretion.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us shall be subject to mediation in Sarasota County, Florida, under Florida law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edwards N Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and engaging our services, you consent to receive SMS messages from Edwards N Company, including appointment reminders, service updates, and review requests. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
